Indian Initiative on Behavioural Insights Research (NGO) was invited by Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to do a workshop on “Application of Behavioural Insights Techniques” to solve the problems faced by the university students and professors. The workshop was conducted in two sessions (18th and 19th February 2019), first for everyone (students, professors and management) and second for professors only. The purpose of the workshop was to introduce ‘Behavioural Insights’ as an innovative technique to solve problems through positive multi-dimensional/multi-disciplinary approach. It is about how, after changing one’s attitude from negative to positive, after reaching the state of mind from chaos to silence, one can positively bring change to the external environment as well. Students were taught how to know the depth of their Self and then how to influence society’s mass behaviour towards ‘desired behaviour’.
